To the unique and abundant eco-tourism resources in our Xinjiang, this text has expounded the current situation of the development and the insufficiency about eco-tourism in Xinjiang. To the question which existed in developing eco-tourism in such special geographical environment in Xinjiang ,this text has analysed the countermeasure that should be adopted from such respects as management system , development project and talent training,etc. And make the eco-tourism of this area progress steadily and develop continuously.
