| Abstract: | Along with the rapid economic development, the fast growth of the population, and the continuous increase of the level of the urbanization, the contradiction between the gradually increased water consumption and the shortage of the water resources is more and more obvious. Based on such situation, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem of the urban water shortage effectively. |
