摘    要:为了给心脏病的辅助诊断和治疗提供科学依据,提高临床诊断的准确性,利用混沌分形理论研究了心电信号 E C G S( Electrocardiograph Signal),提取了 E C G S的网格分形维数。指出貌似随机的、无规则的心电图的变化可以用混沌动力学系统加以刻划,并且其混沌吸引子是低分维的。计算结果表明,网格分形维数是描述心脏动力学系统的拓扑不变量,且不同的取值范围反映了心脏不同的状态。因此可以将之作为诊断心脏异常与否的新指标,这将对心脏病的临床诊断有着重要的实际意义和理论价值

Abstract:To provide scientific evidence for heart disease identification, it is necessary to explore a new method to increase accuracy of clinical diagnosis. Chaotic and fractal theory was used to study ECGS (electrocardiograph signal). The grid fractal dimension of ECGS was extracted, and indicated that ECGS could not only be depicted by chaotic and fractal dynamic theory but also chaotic attractor grid fractal dimension was low. The research result shows that the grid fractal dimension, as an topological invariant of chaotic attractor, can be used to study the cardiac object and variant value stands for variant state of heart, and this method as an aided diagnosis method has practical and theoretical significance.
