高校师生关系的重新认识

如今高校师生关系已不再是有着千年历史的传统认知中的“一日为师,终身为父”、“唯我独尊”、“唯师是听”的关系．在数字化生存的时代,在民主平等的社会里,教师有必要重新认识自己在师生关系中的位置．教师首先要感谢学生给了一份高尚的职业,树立起为学生服务的意识,拥有为学生服务的本领．其次,教师要把学生当朋友,尊重学生,平等地与学生分享经验,与学生真诚交往,与学生一起成长．最后,教师要坦然面对学生的评教活动,注意自己的一言一行,努力和学生建立一种平等、互信、和谐的师生关系．

Reconsiderations of College Teachers'Relationship with Their Students
