摘    要:在有害信息监测过滤的研究过程当中,包捕获及处理速度、决策准确性以及系统的经济可行性等方面都是需要考虑的基本问题。依据有害信息过滤的目标及宗旨,本文提出了一个基于人工神经网络的有害信息实时动态监测系统模型,并用软件实现,取得了良好的应用价值。

Abstract:During the research of filtrating and monitoring ill healthy information, the speed of capture and transact of the packages, the veracity of decision-making and the feasibility of the system in economy are all the basic factors that should be considered. Aiming at the goal and tenet of filtrating ill healthy information, a real time dynamic monitoring system model is given, which based on the artificial neural networks. The model has been realized and gotten upstanding applied value.
