Discussion about Tourism Exploitation in Underdeveloped Areas Based on Resources Advantages——A Case of Yumin County in Xinjiang

Through the demonstration analysis of Yumin and anatomy of the advantages and disadvantages of tourism exploitation,it has put forward some suggestions which had to be followed while exploiting the underdeveloped area based on resource advantages.The core idea mainly included：putting great effort to design and mold the tourism image,carrying out the activity of publicizing and introduction,going the way of industrialization with the government leading strategy,planning systematic project on the development of tourism,strengthening the cooperation of the inner tourism regions,underline the safety in tourism.
