文化软实力是经济社会发展的精神文化支撑,提升河南文化软实力是推进中原经济区建设的必然要求。文化软实力是包括人口文化素质、文化产业等要素的文化体系所具有的结构性精神力量,必须从提升人口文化素质、振兴文化产业、发展文化事业、整合文化资源四个层面入手,着力推动河南文化软实力提升。

Improvement of Henan cultural soft power from four dimensions

Cultural soft power provides spiritual and cultural support for social and economic development and it is an inevitable requirement to improve Henan cultural soft power to promote the construction of Zhongyuan Economic Zone. Cultural soft power is the structural and spiritual power of cultural system including population cultural quality, cultural industry and so forth. Therefore, Henan cultural soft power can be enhanced through such four aspects as improving population cultural quality, rejuvenating cultural industry, developing cultural undertakings and integrating cultural resources.
