| 摘 要： | 口述科技史引起传统技艺科技史述一场“眼光向下”的革命，引领我们建构起一种以一线钧瓷艺人和匠师为主体的、更接近历史实际的钧窑科技史框架体系。要完成这样一种史学使命，一要走进“历史田野”，借重“活态”的钧瓷艺人的技艺口述，完成建构迈向人民的钧瓷科技史书写；二是参与史述的知识分子应当走向钧瓷技艺的田野实践，结合科技文献、匠师口述，从体验化、经验性的钧窑工艺实践中获取钧窑科技的真实材料，由此建构迈向人民、走向“历史田野”的真实可靠的钧窑科技史体系。

| Abstract: | Dictating the history of science and technology aroused a revolution in the expression of technology his tory from a ＂topdown perspective＂, which takes technicians and craftsmen as subjects, and is much closer to the historical practice. Dictating techniques of Jun Porcelain technicians from the perspective of history can con struct the recording of towardpeople Jun Porcelain technology history. In order to make the dictation realistic, recorders should go and have a look at the practice of Jun Porcelain, and collect the real materials of Jun Porce lain techniques. |
