人工神经网络在炼铁工序能耗分析中的应用

摘    要:以节能降耗为基本出发点,借助大量的统计数据,运用BP算法对企业工序能耗进行了系统地分析。研究结果表明用神经网络BP算法构造的网络模型,用于练铁工序能耗多因素的定量分析是可行的。这种方法尤其适用于一般数学模型难以描述的非机理型相关因素的定量分析。

Abstract:Based on energy conserving,the energy intensity of companies was analyzed by the method of BP analysis with statistical data.The research showed that it was available to apply BP algorithm in the quantitative analysis of several factor of the energy intensity in the iron-making process.The method was applied especially in the quantitative analysis of relevant factors which are non-mechanism and hard to be described by the common mathematical models.
