摘    要:本文对Ti-6Al-4V合金在快锻液压机上锻造过程中的变形力及变形温度等工艺参数进行了计算;阐述了锻件在快锻液压机上镦粗及拔长过程中的温度变化及锻造回炉加热次数的计算方法,为锻造车间锻造工艺的确定和对锻造工艺更加深入的研究工作提供了参考。

Abstract:This article is aiming at doing some calculation for processing parameter like deforming force and deformation temperature which is in the forging process of Ti-6Al-4V alloy on hydraulic press; introduce the computation of temperature changes and heat times in the process of upset and forge about forge pieces on press, for supplying some reference of designing the forging process, forging plant and doing more research in forging process.
