The Reason for Art--From the Perspective of Ontological Poetics

In terms of the doctrine of art, the fate of poetics from the ontological perspective has long been associated with the value of art. The rethinking on the reason for art has a great bearing on the logistic proof of reconstructing modern poetics. It is self-evident that we can not live without bread but it is not the only thing of human life. So the latter provides the most important evidence of value for humanistic art. Art culture makes up the foundation of human civilization, for which the exclusive reason lies in the fact that human beings as aesthetes have a sense of beauty for fulfillment of both perceptual desires and rational pursuits.
