| 摘 要： | 物业管理是我国新兴的服务行业，当前规范我国物业管理的法律法规不够完善，相关法律制度不够健全。我国亟待解决物业管理法律制度相关问题。本文主要从在立法层面上，修改完善相关法律法规，统一立法内容，规范地方立法；在制度内容上，确立业主委员会法律地位，赋予程序当事人主体资格，完善物业服务收费机制；在管理模式上，改变单一的委托管理方式，实行委托管理与业主自营式管理并用的物管模式等方面进行了探讨与分析。
