This paper describes the method of scenarios and it's use in th e produ ct design process,and provides the examples of Toilet Design,Scenario building will guide it's design. Scenario building provides an efective additional method of analysis and researc h about human factors for a product designer.Scenario building has proved to be a valuable addition to the traditional ergonomics. It's a powerful exploration , prototyping and communication tool. It is useful in stimulating user-centered i d eation, evaluation of design ideas from a user's point of view and showing the r ole of a product in context of use. All these are important activities in establ ishing a user-centered design, particularly in the earliest phases of product d e sign.
