超临界CO2萃取柴胡挥发油的工艺及模型

摘    要:考察了萃取温度、萃取压力、CO2流量对萃取所得挥发油收率的影响。实验结果表明:挥发油收率随萃取温度和萃取压力的升高而增大,随CO2流量的增大先增大后减小;适宜的萃取条件为萃取温度50℃,压力20MPa,CO2流量1.5L/min。利用经验模型(EM)和两个简化的质量平衡模型(SM)对萃取过程进行了模拟。计算结果表明,经验模型拟合所得实验值和计算值的平均相对误差范围为2.07%-6.72%,简化的质量平衡模型Ⅱ(SMⅡ)拟合所得实验值和计算值的平均相对误差几乎都小于3.40%,表明经验模型和SMⅡ都能很好地描述SC-CO2萃取柴胡挥发油的过程。

Abstract:Effects of extraction temperature and pressure, CO2 flow rate on the yield of volatile oils were investigated. The experimental results show that the yield of the oils increases with increasing temperature and pressure, and the yield increases and then decreases with increasing flow rate of CO2; the optimal extraction conditions are extraction temperature of 50℃, extraction pressure of 20 MPa, and CO2 flow rate of 1.5 L/min. The extraction process was simulated by an empirical model (EM) and two simple mass balance models (SM). The simulating results show that the average relative deviations (ARD) of the empirical model are ranging from 2.07% to 6.72% and almost all the ARD of the simple mass balance model Ⅱ(SMⅡ) are lower than 3.40%, indicating that both EM and SMⅡ fit the extraction process of volatile oils from Radix Bupleuri with SC-CO2.
