金属型材线型聚能爆炸切割试验与数值模拟研究

摘    要:对于金属结构物的线型聚能切割爆破,主要是利用线型聚能切割器切割金属型材。通过试验研究了线型聚能切割器对不同厚度钢板、角钢、槽钢和工字钢的切割能力,探讨了切割器设置问题,分析了起爆点对聚能切割器切割能力的影响问题。研究发现线型聚能切割爆破装药量仅为外部药包爆破的几分之一至几十分之一;聚能切割装药可根据炸断线的要求,可以方便地加工成所要求的形状且能够实现理想的切割断面和理想的切口方向,但是起爆点位置对切割效果的影响较大。论文的结论对于切割器选型和爆破方案的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:The steel structure shaped charge blasting depends on cutting the shape steel. The cutting capacity for deferent type shape steel, such as steel plate, angle steel, U-steel, I-steel, was studied through the experiments. We discussed the shaped charger install methods and analyzed the influence of the detonating position. We also found that the charger quality of the shaped blasting is only several percent of that the common outer charger blasting. The shaped charger could be deformed or processed to fit the cutting line, but the detonating positions have influence on the cutting capacity. Finally, the conclusion has directive function for the shaped charger selection and the blasting design.
