摘    要:目的建立小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Kromasil100.5ODS2(5μm,1,250mill×4.6mm),柱温25℃,流动相甲醇-水—O.1mol/L磷酸(45:55:0.2),流速为lmL/min,检测波长280nm。结果在上述条件下,黄芩苷在0.00272μg/mL-0.0544gg/mL(r=0.9997)范围具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.72,RSD=0.44%。结论本方法测定小柴胡颗粒中的黄芩苷含量操作简单、准确且快速,可作为小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining the amount of baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules. Methods: I-IPLC analysis was carried out on a Kromasil 100-50DS2 (5 μn, 250 mm × 4.6 ram) column with the temperature at 25 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol- water-O.1 mol/L phosphoric acid ( 45: 55: 0.2) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results: The linear range of baicalin was 0.00272-4).0544 μg/mL (r=0.9997), the average recovery was 99.72%, and the RSD was 0.44%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the Xiaochaihu granules and its content determination.
