| 摘 要： | 目的建立小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Kromasil100．5ODS2（5μm,1，250mill×4．6mm），柱温25℃，流动相甲醇-水—O．1mol／L磷酸（45：55：0．2），流速为lmL／min，检测波长280nm。结果在上述条件下，黄芩苷在0．00272μg/mL-0．0544gg／mL（r=0．9997）范围具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99．72，RSD=0．44％。结论本方法测定小柴胡颗粒中的黄芩苷含量操作简单、准确且快速，可作为小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determining the amount of baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules. Methods： I-IPLC analysis was carried out on a Kromasil 100-50DS2 （5 μn, 250 mm × 4.6 ram） column with the temperature at 25 ℃. The mobile phase was methanol- water-O.1 mol/L phosphoric acid （ 45： 55： 0.2） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL.min1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results： The linear range of baicalin was 0.00272-4）.0544 μg/mL （r=0.9997）, the average recovery was 99.72%, and the RSD was 0.44%. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the Xiaochaihu granules and its content determination. |
