| 摘 要： | 研究与比较地理信息系统(GIS)与管理信息系统(MIS)的主要技术特点,提出将MIS与GIS融合,利用二者在信息系统开发过程中的优势,以用户需求为主线,以现代管理思想为指导的信息系统开发思想.并以此构建以数字化专题图为承载体的可视化通信网络管理信息系统,应用实例证明了MIS与GIS融合开发通信网络管理信息系统的实用性和发展必然性.该系统在通信行业具有一定的应用推广价值.

| Abstract: | Studies and compares major technical characteristics between geographic information system and management information system, bringing forward information system development ideas in merging MIS and GIS, taking advantage of each other's advantages in developing information systems, following client's requirements as the theme and modern management ideas as the guideline. A visual communication network MIS is designed by taking digitized specific charts as carriers based on the above ideas. The practicability and developmental inevitability are verified in the development of communication network MIS by merging MIS and GIS. The MIS is seen to have its prospects in the fields of communication. |
