| Abstract: | In order to quicken the reform steps and development in higher education,universities and colleges can draw funds from the society and broaden the way of schoolrunning through cooperation. The author especially introduces the collective group run system which is a good way of promoting the reform of the administration system in universities and colleges so as to strengthen their comprehensive power and competitive ability. |
