高氯酸镁在有机合成中的应用

摘    要:从有机合成化学的角度,按反应类型综述了高氯酸镁作为Lewis酸催化剂在有机化学中的应用.结果表明高氯酸镁在多种有机反应中表现出非常好的催化性能,其催化反应主要涉及保护基团的形成和裂解、氧化和还原反应、成环反应、加成反应、取代反应和重排反应等.

Abstract:From a viewpoint of synthetic organic chemistry, the recent development and application ot magnesium perchlorate as a Lewis acid catalyst in organic reactions are reviewed. Magnesium perchlorate has been demonstrated as a powerful catalyst for many organic reactions. These reactions include the formation and cleavage of common protecting groups,oxidation, reduction, cyclization, addition, substitution and rearrangement.
