Al13和氯化铝作为铝源合成莫来石的研究

摘    要:以AlO4Al12(OH) 24(H2O) 12] 7+(简称Al13)和氯化铝为铝源,以硅酸钠和活化硅酸为硅源,采用四种组合方法,研究莫来石的合成。采用27Al NMR、X射线衍射和红外吸收光谱等手段研究反应过程及材料微结构演变。研究发现以Al13为铝源制备铝酸盐具有低温优势。以活化硅酸与Al13为硅源和铝源制备的莫来石前躯体,经900℃煅烧生成莫来石,经过1200℃煅烧生成单相莫来石,其机理在于在前躯体中已经形成类莫来石的Si-O-Al键合。

The Study On Mullite Synthesis By Al13 and aluminum chloride as Aluminium Source
Abstract:Four assembled by AlO4Al12(OH) 24(H2O) 12] 7+(abbreviated Al13) and aluminum chloride as aluminium source,sodium silicate and activated silicic acid as silicon source, was used to synthesize mullite. 27Al NMR、XRD and FTIR were used to research reaction progress and material micro-structure evolvement. Aluminate synthesize through Al13 as aluminium source has the advantage of lower temperature. Mullite precursor was prepared by precipitation of Al13 and activated silicic acid ,its component homogeneity degree reached molecular level. Si-O-Al bond have formed in precursor, its structure is similar to mullite. Mullite formed from calcining the precursor at 900℃, then at 1200℃ the single phase of mullite was obtained.
