新型层柱微孔材料—ZnAl—SiWgCo3的合成表征及催化活性

摘    要:用水热离子交换法将过渡金属Co^2+取代的Keggin结构杂多阴离子SiWqO37Co3(H2O)3^10-(简记为SiWqCo3)嵌入Zn-Al型阴离子层状结构粘土层间。通过元素分析,XRD和IR,对产物的组成和结构进行了表征。结果表明,杂多阴离子被嵌入粘土层间后,仍保持原有的Keggin结构,并使粘土的层间距从0.89nm增加到1.47nm,从而得到大层间距的新型层柱微孔材料,值化实验结果表明

Abstract:The trisubstituted tungstosilicate heteropolyanion, SiWqO37Co3 (H2O)3(10-) hav-ing Keggin Structure, was intercatated into the interlayer speae of Zn - Al type layered double hydroxide Via both bydrothermal and ion exchange reaction, The pillared product was Charac-teriZed by elemental analysis, XRD and IR, which showsthat the heteropolyanion still remained former Keggin structure and the layered microporous material with large basal spacing of 1 .47nm has been Obtained. Catalytical tests show that the pillered compound has higher catalytic activity for the formation reaction of DOP
