汽车主动悬架系统控制器的设计与仿真研究

摘    要:基于系统动力学理论建立整车模型主动悬架系统的动力学模型,采用分块研究方法,分别对1/4模型的垂直运动、1/2车体的俯仰运动和侧倾运动进行独立研究,然后把这三个模型叠加在一起构成整车动力学模型和控制器模型;其次在MATLAB/Simulink中建立其相应的控制器模型和仿真模型,再次采用积分白噪声模型作为路面输入形式,并结合整车主动悬架的仿真模型进行动态特性仿真;最后将主、被动悬架特性进行对比分析。仿真结果表明,相对于被动悬架主动悬架性能有明显改善。

Abstract:Entire vehicle dynamic models of Active suspension were built on the basis of theory of system dynamics. Through separating the movements of vertical movement of quarter-vehicle models, pitch movement and roll movement of half-vehicle models, the three movements were studied respectively. Firstly, controller model and dynamic models of entire-vehicle were achieved through joining the models of three movements. Secondly, correspondent controller model and simulation model were built by using MATLAB/Simulink. Thirdly, the Band-Limited White Noise was employed as the road input and the dynamic performance simulation was carried out by integrating simulation models of entire -vehicle model of active suspension. Finally, comparison and analysis between active and passive suspensions characteristic were conducted and the results indicated that performance of active suspension was improved greatly, compared to passive suspension.
