定向有机玻璃层间剪切强度试验方法的分析与改进

摘    要:为验证现行定向有机玻璃层间剪切强度试验方法的适用性,本文分析了试验夹具、试验速度和试样厚度等因素对定向有机玻璃层间剪切强度试验的影响,结果表明采用有自动对中装置、弹簧螺栓共同定位、高背后挡块的试验夹具,1mm/min的剪切速度,不大于10mm的试样厚度时。能够真实地反映定向有机玻璃的层间剪切破坏.根据对试验参数的分析,提出了改进的层间剪切试验方法.

Abstract:In this paper,the effect of the test clamp,the test speed and the sample thickness on the laminar shearing strength of the stretched acrylic was studied in order to verify this test method's applicability. The results showed that the automatically middline clamp,the spring and the bolt locating together,the higher back fender,the speed of 1mm/min,the sample thickness not beyond 10 mm could really reflect laminar failure of stretched acrylic.
