天生桥水电站调压井群应力分析

摘    要:用光测方法测定不同荷载条件下井群衬砌及围岩应力.结果表明:由于调压井内升管与闸门室共用.导致调压室井壁的刚度不同.不宜采用通常的圆筒壁计算方法.试验给出最大拉应力以及应力分布,调压井底板与板下的引水管衬砌相结合,共同作用在基础上,设计时应减弱调压井底板与基础不连接部分厚度,加强该部位引水道衬砌.最大应力发生在引水管矩型衬砌转角处.

Abstract:Stresses in the lining of pressure regulating well and surrounding rock are meassured by means of optical method under different load cases. The results show that since the well wall is used also as the gate chamber stress distribution of the shaft is uneven. So it is unsuitable to use ordinary calculation method in stress analysis. The maximum tensile stress and stress distribution are obtained in the experiment. The maximum stress is located at corner of the rectanglur shaped lining of water guiding pipe. Some suggestions about design are proposed.
