| 摘 要： | 从CDM项目额外性分析、基准线情景识别方面探讨了甘肃玉门发展CDM风电项目的适宜性与潜力，根据计算确定的基准线排放因子，结合玉门地区不同时期装机容量的变化，讨论了目前、规划期间及未来开发中玉门地区拟定CDM风电项目的相对C02减排量与减排效益变化，为获取各种资源发展CDM风电项目提供了依据．

| Abstract: | The potential of developing a CDM wind-power project both by CDM additional analysis and environmental identification of the baseline was discussed.According to the baseline emission factor by calculation,combined with different-period doors installed,the quantity of comparative CO_2 and the emission reduction benefited from CDM wind-power projects were analyzed for several important periods,i.e.the present,the planning period and the future,so we can have access to all kinds of resources for developing CDM... |
