宁夏主体功能区经济与生态环境协调研究

结合宁夏主体功能区规划战略,在理论研究与主体功能区细分的基础上,收集并整理宁夏各县市2001—2010年的数据,建立经济与生态环境协调度指标体系及效益函数,运用协调度模型核算出各县市近10年的经济发展与生态环境的协调发展度,按照宁夏主体功能区划分聚类并进行动态分析.结果表明:宁夏整体协调发展度偏低,处于协调发展的初级协调型和过度发展的勉强协调型之中,并且四类主体功能区协调发展度并不均衡,各有差异.最后提出了促进宁夏各主体功能区经济与生态环境协调发展的对策.

Analysis of Coordination on Economic Development and Ecological Environment in Ningxia Main Functional Regions

Based on the theoretical research and the subdivision theory of the main functional regions,the index system of coordinated degree and benefit function were also established with the data from 2001 to 2010 of the cities and counties in Ningxia. The counties' coordination development degree in recent 10 years was calculated by using the coordination degree model. The dynamic analysis was made based on the division of the main functional regions in Ningxia. The results showed that the coordination development degree was relatively low in Ningxia,which was between the primary coordination in primary development and the bare coordination in excessive development. The coordination development degree was not balanced in four main functional regions. Finally,the countermeasures were put forward with the purpose of promoting the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment in Ningxia.
