加强城市供水节水和水污染防治工作促进经济可持续发展

分析了对太原市水资源状况及水污染状况，为解决太原市水资源匮乏，水环境污染等问题，必须搞好节约用水和治理水污染工作，加强水环境保护，实现污水资源化，对地下水资源开采进行调控，合理使用黄河水，对城市水资源、供水、节水、污水处理实行一体化管理。

Strengthening City Water Supply and Saving and Water Pollution Preventing to Promote Economy Sustainable Development

This paper analyses the present water resource situati on and water pol lution situation. It points out that in order to improve the situation this work must be done well. And they are to perform the water saving and water pollution treating work, to strengthen water resource protection, to realize sewage reusi ng, to regulate and control underground water, to use rationally the Huanghe Riv er water. It stresses that all the administration work related to water, such as city water resource, water supply, water saving and water treating, should be a dministrated on the whole by one unit.
