| Abstract: | Aiming at the situations and problems caused by developing young party member in the vocational college, the author put forwards the new opinion about emphasizing the work of developing young party member by researching, which is very significance. And the author points that "Firstly, instruct the freshmen in advance and try to let them learn something about our party; Secondly, cultivate the underclassmen and develop the top students into party member; Finally, consolidate the situation and improve it appropriately." |
