溶液法合成烯丙基苯并噁嗪中间体与其固化性能的研究

摘    要:以 2 烯丙基苯酚为原料 ,采用多种溶剂通过溶液法合成一种高成环率的 3 苯基 3,4 二氢 8 烯丙基 2H 1,3 苯并嗪 (简称为烯丙基苯并嗪 ) ,利用1H NMR、FT IR、MS、元素分析和DSC对其结构和固化行为进行了研究。结果表明 ,该中间体的成环率和溶剂的极性有关 ,溶剂的极性越强 ,成环率越低。

Abstract:A novel thermosetting 3-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-8-allyl-2H-1,3-benzoxazine (abbreviated as allyl benzoxazine hereafter) was synthesized successfully in several solvents by a solution method with 2-allyl phenol as raw materials. Its composition and structure were characterized by 1H-NMR,FT-IR,MS and Element Analysis and its curing behavior was investigated by different scanning calorimetry (DSC). The result showed that the composition of allyl benzoxazine was dependent on the polarity of the reaction medium.The stronger the solvent polarity is, the less the ring content is.
