摘    要:为了解决大单宽、低弗劳德数、上下游水位变幅大、运行方式多变的闸坝工程中存在着消力池适应性差、运行方式不灵活的难题,以汉江旬阳水电站工程为例,通过多种消力池消能方案的水力特性对比试验,提出了小挑角跌坎加浅水垫消力池方案.该方案出闸水流经小挑角跌坎调整扩散后,各工况均能在消力池内形成淹没水跃,出池水流平稳、无跌落,与下游衔接自然,消能效果较好,闸门开启运行组合及开启方式灵活.

Abstract:To solve the problems of inadaptability and inflexibility of the stilling basin in the operation of a sluice and dam engineering characterized by large single width,low Froude number,a high degree of water level variation upstream and downstream,and multiple operation modes,a small-trajectory angle drop sill scheme combined with a stilling basin with a shallow-water cushion was proposed through comparison tests of the hydraulic characteristics of a variety of stilling energy solutions in a case study at Xunyang Hyrdopower Station on the Hanjiang River.In this scheme,the outflow passed through the small-trajectory angle,and,after adjusting diffusion,the submerged hydraulic jump could be formed in the stilling basin under all conditions;the water smoothly flowed out of the basin,without drops,and joined with the water downstream naturally;the energy dissipation effect was good;and the gate opening operation combination and opening modes were flexible.
