| 摘 要： | 冷弯型钢加工汽车轮辋的弹性挡圈,可以归结为异型截面梁的弯曲问题,在物理和几何上均为非线性.该文提出一种半解析半数值的分析方法,对汽车轮辋挡圈的冷弯过程进行了分析.根据所得的结果,说明了该工艺的主要缺陷产生的原因,并论证了该工艺方案进行改进的可能性.

hubcup by cold bending special-section profile can be considered as the problem of
special-section beam bending, which is nonlinear in physics and geometry. This paper put
forward a semi-analytic semi-numeric method to analyze the cold bending of the hubcap. The
forms and causes of the defects of the technology are discussed in addition to the
possibility of improving the technology. |
