| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学SABC染色法,对血管活性肠肽(VIP)免疫反应阳性细胞在皖西白鹅延髓内的分布进行了观察。结果发现,在皖西白鹅延髓的下橄榄核、楔束核、迷走神经背核、疑核、三叉神经脊束核和薄束核分布有VIP免疫阳性细胞。

| Abstract: | Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide(VIP) antigen in the medulla of Wanxi white Goose has been detected by using immunohistoche-mical SABC method. The results show that VIP positive cells distribute in nucleus olivaris inferior,nucleus cuneatus,nucleus originis dor-salis nervi vagi nucleus ambiguous,nucleus tractuc spinalis nervi,nucleus gracilis in medulla. |
