加热与非加热型氧传感器在摩托车电喷系统中应用的对比分析

摘    要:为了分析加热型与非加热型氧传感器在摩托车电喷系统中的应用,在1台装备了125mL、四冲程、单缸水冷发动机的电喷摩托车上进行试验.试验研究了摩托车在EUIII测试循环工况下的排气温度变化,以及对于两种氧传感器起燃时间、陶瓷体温度变化、动态响应特性和排放的影响.试验结果显示,非加热型氧传感器的起燃时间要比加热型的长,但露点风险小;在EUIII测试循环的大部分时间里,非加热型氧传感器能够持续稳定地工作;非加热型氧传感器较低的陶瓷体温度会导致λ均值往混合气稀的方向偏移,但可以通过软件进行补偿;使用非加热型氧传感器会造成更多的CO和HC排放,但改进保护管设计能够通过EUIII排放测试.因此,非加热型氧传感器符合摩托车电喷系统的要求.

Abstract:In order to analyze the differences between heated and unheated oxygen sensor applied on motorcycle electronic fuel injection(EFI) system,tests were done on a motorcycle featured a 125 mL,one cylinder,four strokes,water cooled engine.The exhaust gas temperature's rise and variation during EUIII test cycle and its impact on the light-off time,ceramic temperature,dynamic response behavior and emission results were studied.The test results show that unheated oxygen sensor's light-off time is longer than heated sensor,while its risk of thermal shock through condensation water is lower.In most time of EUIII driving cycle,unheated oxygen sensor can keep a stable working condition.The lower ceramic temperature of the unheated sensor leads to a leaner average lambda value while it can be compensated by software means.Using unheated oxygen sensor leads to more CO and HC emissions,while it can pass EUIII regulation safely by optimizing the protection tube.Unheated oxygen sensor can fulfill motorcycle EFI system's requirements.
