| Abstract: | Correctly solving the problem of governmental executive ability plays an important role in implementing scientific development view, carrying out the central govemment＇s decision and deployment, ensuring people＇ s legitimate interest and maintaining social stability. To improve the construction of executive ability of local government, we should change the development idea, take scientific development view as a guidance, pursue harmony development of economic society, innovate in policy formulation mechanism, realize scientific, democratic and legal policy decision, optimize implementation process, perfect supervision system, improve accountability and incentive mechanism, ensure the successful implementation of central policies and promote the rapid and sound development of economy. |
