| 摘 要： | 采用方框图分析法,以引入电压并联负反馈的直接耦合差分——共射放大电路为例,讨论了反馈网络的变化对基本放大器和反馈放大器的影响.仿真分析表明:反馈电阻减小,反馈系数和环路放大倍数提高,对放大电路工作性能的影响增大,验证了负反馈放大电路中的一些基本结论,说明了仿真分析在负反馈放大电路方框图法中的应用.

| Abstract: | Using the method of block diagram analysis,this paper discusses the effect on basic amplifier and feedback amplifier imposed by the variation of feedback network,which takes the common emitter amplifier with parallel-voltage negative feedback,a direct-coupled differential circuit for example.The result of simulation shows that when the feedback resistance decreases,the feedback factor and loop gain increase,which enhances effect on performance of amplifier circuit.This validates some conclusions of negative feedback amplifier circuit,and shows the application of simulation analysis in the negative feedback amplifier. |
