| 摘 要： | 党的十八大提出的深化金融体制改革、发展现代金融体系为我国农村金融法律界定指明了方向。农村金融法律界定的内容不是单一的，也不是孤立的，它是我国金融体系的一部分，与发展现代金融体系的目标是一致的。农村金融的法律界定应以十八大精神为指导，以消除农民的贫困为己任。从开放充分的农村金融市场竞争机制、农村金融主体多元化、完善的产权结构和治理结构、创设多层次多渠道的金融供给机制、建立金融机构财务发展的可持续发展机制几个方面来对农村金融的内涵进行界定以保障解决农民的融资难问题。

| Abstract: | The socialist core value system is our ＂soul of the country＂. The excellent traditional culture is the root of the socialist core values. Luzhou red culture should be integrated into the college students＇ socialist core values education, and the connotation of Luzhou red culture spirit should be explored by means of theoretical construction, school education, social development path etc, to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. |
