| 摘 要： | 为了探析我国幼儿教师心理健康研究的现状，为今后的研究提供参考。通过对中国期刊网（CNKI）上的94条幼儿教师心理健康文章题录（1997年1月~2013年6月）进行计量学分析。结果显示：（1）关于幼儿教师心理健康研究的文献数量从2005年开始增长，于2009年达到最高峰。（2）研究内容主要集中在对策研究和现状调查2个方面，相关研究也有少数，综述研究仅2篇。（3）发表的期刊种类多样，教育学类期刊、医学类期刊、心理学类期刊、各高校学报、报纸都有参与，但教育类期刊是主要发表阵地。（4）研究形式较为单一，以单独的个人研究为主，多人合作研究为辅。（5）研究力量单薄、资助项目有限、研究机构主要以高等师范院校为主。由此可见，国内幼儿教师心理健康的研究起步较晚，亟待加大研究力度。

| Abstract: | Based on questionnaire surveys and interviews, this study attempts to analyze the relations between willingness to communicate in English （WTCE） and learning motivation. Results show： 1） both the integrative orientation and the instrumental orientation are positively correlated with WTCE, but neither correlation is statistically significant; 2） only learners＇ attitude towards the learning situation is significantly and positively correlated with WTCE. Given these findings, the researcher puts forward a series of pedagogical measures that could be applied to college EFL teaching. |
