| 摘 要： | 在创新型企业理论、人体健康理论的基础上,将创新型企业人体化,界定了创新型企业健康度的内涵,提出了创新型企业健康度的构成要素；遵循指标体系的设计原则,将创新型企业健康度评价指标体系设计为“创新能力健康、持续发展能力健康、获取效益能力健康”3个维度,选取12个二级指标,并细分为31个三级指标,建立了较为完整的创新型企业健康度评价指标体系和评价模型.

| Abstract: | Based on the innovative enterprise theory and human body health theory, this paper compares innovative enterprises as human bodies. In this paper, we define the connotation of the health state of innovative enterprises, and put forward the composing ele- ments of health state of innovative enterprises. Following the designing principle of index system, we divide the evaluation index system of innovative enterprises into three dimensions ： healthy innovative ability, healthy sustainable development ability, and healthy bene- fits-obtaining ability. We also select 12 secondary indicators and subdivide them into 31 third-level indicators so as to construct a com- paratively integral evaluation index system and evaluation model of the health state of innovative enterprises. |
