摘    要:采用虚拟仪器技术研制DD-300B型动平衡机测量系统。研究了测量静不平衡、动不平衡和综合动不平衡的方法,并探索了调整平衡的规律;提出了静平衡影响系数和动平衡影响系数的概念,设计了试验方案,对动平衡影响系数、静平衡影响系数、左端影响系数和右端影响系数进行了试验研究。按静力学的力和力矩平衡原则,可以求出静不平衡惯性力和动不平衡惯性力矩对两个支座的作用力。研究结果表明,在支座上两个相等的静不平衡作用力与动不平衡作用力,对输出信号的振幅影响是不同的。提出了综合动不平衡的优化调整方法。

Abstract:Virtual instrument is used to improve the measure system of the DD-300B type dynamic balancing test machine. The study researches static imbalance method,dynamic imbalance method and comprehensive imbalance method and the law of adjusting balance. The study also initiates the concept of static balance coefficient and dynamic balance coefficient,designs the test scheme to research static balance coefficient and dynamic balance coefficient,left side coefficient and right coefficient. According to the balance principle of the static,the force that the static unbalance inertia force and dynamic imbalance inertia moment to the two bearings can be calculated. Research results show that two equal static imbalance force and imbalance force on the bearings have different influence on the amplitude of the output signals. The optimization method of comprehensive dynamic imbalance is put forward.
