枸杞多糖治疗大鼠溶血性贫血的实验研究

目的：探讨枸杞多糖治疗溶血性贫血大鼠的临床应用价值。方法：大白鼠经腹腔注射乙酰苯肼制备溶血性贫血模型,应用不同浓度枸杞多糖治疗大鼠的溶血性贫血,通过溶血性贫血各项贫血指标进行疗效观察。结果：与正常对照组相比,模型组大鼠红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积明显降低（P〈0.01）,SOD活性明显降低（P〈0.01）;枸杞多糖大小剂量组与模型组相比,均能使大鼠红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积明显提高（P〈0.01）,SOD活性明显提高（P〈0.01）;但枸杞多糖大小剂量组间无差异（P〉0.05）。结论：枸杞多糖对溶血性贫血模型大鼠具有很好的治疗效果。

Experimental research on LBP for the treatment of hemolytic anemia rats

Objective： To explore the clinical value of LBP in treating hemolytic anemia rats. Methods：Hemolytic anemia model was prepared by injecting acetyl phenylhydrazine,anemia index were observed by application of different concentration of LBP. Results： Compared with normal control group,RBC,hemoglobin,red blood cells deposited of model group rats were significantly decreased（P〈0.01）,activity of SOD was decreased obviously（P〈0.01）; Compared with model group,RBC,hemoglobin,red blood cells deposited of two size dose group were obviously improved（P〈0.01）,activity of SOD was increased significantly（P〈0.01）; But no difference was observedbetween the two size dose groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： a good therapeutic effect of LBP was urged in treating hemolytic anemia rats.
