网络组织拓扑聚类分析

在前人研究成果的基础上,从信任与互惠、资源与信息交流、竞争与战略协作三个维度,提出了一套对网络组织关系进行评价的指标体系,并用模糊一致矩阵的方法来确定指标权重;接着,根据社会系统工程与拓扑代数的原理,提出了一个对网络关系进行评价与聚类的数学模型;最后,选取某地企业进行实证分析。结果表明,它对防范网络风险,提高网络组织绩效很有帮助。

Topology Cluster Analysis of Network Organization Relationships

Studying on the topology structure of NO and analyzing the correlations between network crunodes imply important significances for realizing the rules of NO.Based on the existed researches,this paper provides a set of index system used to evaluate the relations of NO from the three dimensions of trust and reciprocality,!resource and information communication,competition and strategic collaboration,and educes the index weights by way of fuzzy consistent matrix.Subsequently,the paper applies the theory of social system engineering and algebraic topology and brings forward a model of cluster analysis of relationships of NO.Finally,the paper selects some firms to do demonstration analysis,the result shows a good effect for defending the risk and improving performance of NO.
