| 摘 要： | 作为以培养“一体化”职教师资为目标的职业技术师范类院校，其师资队伍的建设有其自身的特色和要求。本文对职业技术师范类院校的师资队伍建设中存在的问题进行了探讨，并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | As a vocational and technological college cultivating integrative teaching staff,the con-struction of teaching staff has its own feature and requirement.This paper discusses the problems exist-ing in the construction of integrative teaching staff for vocational and technological colleges,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions to improve the relative work. |
