新时期高校档案利用探究--以湖州师范学院为例

高校规模扩大和信息技术发展给高校档案利用服务工作发展带来新的挑战和机遇。本文针对高校档案利用工作的现状，从存在的问题及原因、发展对策两方面，探讨了新时期档案利用的新趋势，认为要适应信息化和网络化时代的需要，必须增加档案管理人员编制，提高档案管理人员素质，加快信息化进程，创新服务利用手段，丰富服务利用内容，建立健全规章制度。

On Archives Utilization in University in the New Era with HuzhouUniversity as an Example

With the rapid development of information technology,the service utilization of archives work in the colleges and universities of the new era are facing new challenges.In view of the current sta-tus of university archives utilization service,this paper,chiefly from the two aspects of existing prob-lems and causes,and development countermeasures,discusses the facts that only by constantly impro-ving the professional quality and skills of the archive service personnel,perfecting various regulations and innovating service management can we satisfy the increasing demand for the archive utilization.
