美国圣约瑟夫大学教学管理制度及对我们的启示

摘    要:美国高等教育的质量领先于国际水平,与其管理制度密切相关。本文基于对美国地区类(北部)综合性大学———美国圣约瑟夫大学教学管理制度的调查,认为圣约瑟夫大学的教学管理制度形成了一个综合管理体系,对良好学风的养成、高素质人才的培养等发挥了重要作用。通过比较分析,本文认为可以在教学管理制度、教学业绩评价等方面借鉴圣约瑟夫大学的制度安排,不断提高教育质量。

The Teaching Management System of Saint Joseph University and Its Revelation to Us

Abstract:The quality of higher education in the United States is ahead of international level,which is closely related with the teaching management system.Based on the investigation into the teaching management system of Saint Joseph University (SJU),a comprehensive university in the northern part of the United States,we reach the conclusion that a comprehensive management system is formed in the teaching management system,which plays an important role in the cultivation of good style of learning and the cultivation of high quality talents.According to the contrastive analysis,the paper holds that the experiences of teaching management and teaching performance evaluation of SJU may be borrowed to improve the quality of education in our country.
