The Teaching Management System of Saint Joseph University and Its Revelation to Us

The quality of higher education in the United States is ahead of international level,which is closely related with the teaching management system.Based on the investigation into the teaching management system of Saint Joseph University （SJU）,a comprehensive university in the northern part of the United States,we reach the conclusion that a comprehensive management system is formed in the teaching management system,which plays an important role in the cultivation of good style of learning and the cultivation of high quality talents.According to the contrastive analysis,the paper holds that the experiences of teaching management and teaching performance evaluation of SJU may be borrowed to improve the quality of education in our country.
