体育教育对聋人大学生心理健康影响的实验研究

本研究探究了体育教育对聋人大学生心理健康的影响。通过采用聋人大学生和普通大学生同班教育、开展心理拓展训练、成立社团组织开展社区服务、采用多媒体进行体育健康教育等干预手段进行试验干预，发现体育教育的干预手段，不仅使聋人大学生的应付方式、自我效能等心理特征得到明显的改善，而且在整体上提高了他们的心理健康水平。

Study on the Mental Health of Deaf Students by Sports Education

This paper explores the effects on deaf undergraduates＇ mental heath made by sports education. By the way of the same class education given between deaf undergraduates and others ,mentality expanse training ,deaf undergraduates＇ establishing leagues and developing community service and test intervention such as the intervention measures of sports health education, etc by multimedia, the paper concludes that the intervention measures of sports health education doesn＇ t only prominently improve deaf undergraduates＇ mental character of coping style、self - efficiency and so on, but also enhance the level of their mental health totally.
