| 摘 要： | 个人知识管理是组织知识管理的基础,无论是对个人还是对组织都有着非常重要的意义。比较了个人知识管理和组织知识管理的异同,分析了个人知识管理和组织知识管理的关系,并从个人的知识管理的两个阶段,即寻找、整理、储存和流通、创新、利用方面探讨了个人知识管理的实施问题。
