| Abstract: | In the light og the present situation of our country's public libraries, this paper points out that only in the way of persisting in the principle of taping the potential and increasing the benefit can all items of library's work be promoted and can the entire benefit of the library be brought into play, and expounds the ideas of taping the potential and increasing the benefit of the library. |
