| 摘 要： | 目前,我国社会体育指导员队伍不能满足新农村建设中农民体育健身工程的需要。本文采用文献资料法,阐述了地方师院培养社会体育指导员的资源优势,提出师院公体教学应兼顾培养兼职社会体育指导员,以更好地满足新农村建设对社会体育指导员的需要。

| Abstract: | At present,China＇s social sports instructor team can not meet the new building of rural farmers in the sports project.Inthis paper,I want to use the literature to expound the advantages of resources in Local community college physical educationinstructor training.To make recommendations that raising public-college education should take the social part-time sportsinstructor training into account,in order to better meet the needs of new construction in rural areas of social sports instructors. |
