离子色谱法测定地下水中的F~-

摘    要:建立了用单柱阴离子色谱测定地下水中F-阴离子的方法。采用NJ-SA-4A阴离子交换柱、0.35mmol/LNaCO3和0.05mmol/L NaHCO_3混合溶液为流动相、电导检测器在4min内完成F~-阴离子的测定。F~-阴离子浓度在0.1~6.0mg/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,线性回归方程为ΔS=1.07×10~(-4)C+0.344,相关系数为0.9998,方法检出限为0.03mg/L,加标回收率为97.6%~101.3%,方法简便实用,用于环境样品分析,所得结果令人满意。

Abstract:We developed the single column of anion to determine the F~-in the undergroundwater,we use the NJ-SA-4A as the anion exchange column,and we apply 0.35mmol/L NaCO_3 and 0.05mmol/L NaHCO_3 mixed solvent as the mobile phase,the detector can determine the content of Fwithin 4 minutes.with a linear regression equation of ΔS=1.07×10~(-4) C+0.344,the correlation coefficient is 0.9998,and the detection limit is 0.03mg/L,while the recycling rate is in the range of 97.6%~101.3%,this method is convinient in the application of environment monitoring and the result is good.
