心理学在工业工程实验教学中的应用

摘    要:将高等教育心理学应用在工业工程实验教学上,根据大学生的心理特点,在课堂理论教学的基础上,把学生应该掌握的工业工程基本知识和技能通过一系列实验和实践项目加以强化和贯通。提出了专任实验技术人员如何将高等教育心理学原理方法运用到工业工程实验教学中,提高实验课教学质量,并在实际应用中证明了该方法与策略的实用性、有效性和可行性。

Abstract:The higher education psychology was applied in industrial engineering experiment teaching.According to students' mental characteristics,on the basis of the theory teaching,one strengthens and links the basic knowledge and skills of industrial engineering through a series of experiments and practical projects.One puts forward how to do technical personnel of full-time apply psychology theory to industrial engineering methods in experimental teaching.It improves the quality of experiment teaching in practical application.The results prove that the method and strategy is practical,effective and feasible.
